You know that moment you get stuck in line and your cards locked? Only to find out it refuses to load? Yeah me too and one of the ladies had a hotspot on her phone ready for such an occasion on tax free weekend btw, very friendly staff, had a great a weekend overall
The pretzel maker in the mall of Fort Smith, Arkansas has the freshest with a twist and the manager’s amazing♥️
The service was AMAZING!!! Anna was so welcoming and always has a smile on her face no matter what is going on around her or how busy they are. The pretzels are sooooo good! I stopped coming by due to the service and rudeness. I’m so glad that it changed because I love the pretzels. Only thing I would change is to bring back the jalapeño pretzel which was my favorite!
