I asked for a small cup because the young lady was going almost 4 inches above the rim of the cup, I have to carry it home, and I paid 5 dollars for a drink AND tipped 2 dollars. She informed me that she can't give me an additional small cup. Didn't even offer to allow me to pay for it. It sucks that today I have to enjoy my last snow cone from that place.

Enjoyed the snow cones and shake, everything tasted great; got 3 items for $15! It was neat they had games you could play as you wait for your treat.

Love it!

Best sno-cones in town at very reasonable prices. The shaved ice is so soft and they don't skimp on the syrup! They also have a variety of sodas and candies as well.

I walked in to the Da’ Bayou shop at 3501 Old Greenwood Rd. on July 24, 2023. The “Open” light was on and the door was unlocked. It was 8:59 p.m. There were 3 girls working. The tall girl with the big eyes refused to serve me because she had already counted the drawer. She quickly flipped the “Open” sign off while I was standing there. I told her I could pay with cash if that would make things easier. She still refused. I quietly left. I stayed very cordial and kept it light because I do not at all blame these 3 little girls for their lack of customer service. That falls squarely on management and lack of proper training.

Best in the area, actual shave ice not just a snowcone

I’ve only been twice. They were very nice both times…I think it depends on who is making the snow cones. The 1st time it was the best snow cone I’ve ever had and I really liked that the ice was different. It was great. The second time I got the same thing and a strawberry shortcake for some one else. They said theirs had no flavor and mine was sweet but didn’t taste like the first one. It tasted …not like the flavor it was supposed to be.

I'm from Texas and we have a New Orleans style sno ball stand we have gone to since I was a kid down there. Da' Bayou is the closest I have had to that in a long time. Will definitely be back and bring all of the kids next time.

Best snow cones I've ever had. Uses lots of syrup so has lots of flavor and prices were great
