This was my very first time visiting Dunkin and I honestly had such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was very kind, welcoming, and willing to help. The staff made me feel comfortable asking questions and didn’t rush me, which I really appreciated as a first time guest. I really enjoy their espresso beverages, but Dunkin Donuts is known for their donuts, right? So why are they so awful?? They taste like they were frozen, and the icing is barely there. The sourdough breakfast sandwich is amazing!
