Horrible customer service. Horrible management.
No cheese on Philly cheesesteak, one bell pepper, no condiments, slow service. Brought it home and it looked liked someone wiped their hands on the box after working on their car
Just ate at Firehouse. The worst experience I’ve ever had there. Only 2 people working, only 1 doing all the work. Waited 25 minutes for 2 medium subs. The bread had been toasted but was cold. No cheese in a steak and cheese sub. No pickles at all. Who ever the manager is really needs to do something about this restaurant.
