Was visiting arkansas from texas a week ago on the 9th sunday, had our corgi along which the canes staff/management happily allow us to still dine in. I was so happy by their love for dogs i just had to leave a 5 star review. I didn't get the chance to catch their names, but the manager was a women, and there was an asian guy working in the front. They were so nice!!!

Came through the drive thru and ordered a Box Combo. I drove 20 minutes home and found out I was only given 3 fingers, that’s ridiculous

Each time I come the fries are luke warm and the chicken breading isn’t crispy. I eat at a lot of locations, this location is consistently a let down

I was not having the best day, so I went to get canes on 01/05/25 around 6-7pm and I really was looking forward to it, pulled up and was met with a great chicken intro, however when I was ordering I was kept being asked “I’m sorry what was that” or “may you repeat that” with the sound of giggling. I repeated my order at least 3 times to this girl, she asked my name I told her my name. I met at the 2nd window after paying and they were laughing and talking asked me if my name was “Papi” and I said “no?, (told them the correct name) anyways rude. Also got one of my drinks wrong (I was told to repeat the drink) that was okay, however red flag. I asked for the girls name who took my order and the dude said either “Kelly, or Callie” I couldn’t hear. The dude gave me my food and I drove around to eat HOWEVER, my order was wrong MIND YOU I REPEATED MY ORDER at least 4 times at this point I don’t even remember. Anyways went back around asked for her name again because I planned on telling management but they dude wouldn’t give me her name again “sorry I can’t give you her name”. Normally I’m not like this but this was ridiculous. I was met with attitude (I’m probably one of the nicest people you will meet), just having a horrible night and I wasn’t giving attitude at all, I simply wanted my order right and repeating myself obviously was annoying them it definitely made me feel not welcome nor respected. But next time get the order right. You guys had it wrong TWICE. I go there occasionally so kind of disappointed. FOOD 10/10. Customer service 4.5/10 bc the guy at the window did try his best with the situation. But take that girl of the headset or retrain her.

Raising Cane's is hands down, THE BEST place to get soft, tender, juicy chicken tenders. The breading is a light, golden brown and very easy to chew. The fries are cooked perfectly, the Texas toast is so soft and tastes so good and their coleslaw is fresh and perfect!. I recommend this to everyone. If you haven't eaten here yet, go grab you a 4 finger meal with coleslaw. You won't be disappointed!
