The environment is clean, kid-friendly, and the staff is great and always friendly. Despite cramped parking and limited wheelchair access, the cookies and service never disappoint. The cookies are large enough to enjoy in two sittings. The service at the Ft. Smith, AR location is top notch and always helpful. Not everyone will appreciate that everything is sinfully delicious, but for those who do, it's worth every penny. The store is clean and always greets customers right when they walk in. Parking is few and narrow. The cookies are incredibly yummy and worth every penny.
