I am absolutely appalled by my recent visit to the Fort Smith KFC. The chicken arrived dripping in oil—limp, soggy, and clearly reheated rather than freshly prepared. The fries were cold and limp until I requested replacements.
Things only got worse when I calmly raised these concerns: the manager aggressively tore open my bag to spotlight the sauce cups and unfoundedly accused me of shouting. Having managed a KFC myself, I recognize these actions as a stark departure from any acceptable brand standard.
This level of negligence in food quality and disrespectful service is completely unacceptable. I will gladly drive farther to another location rather than endure this again. Avoid this store if you value fresh food and professional conduct.

yea nur last two times I’ve been in the span of 2 months maybe each white person has given me the wrong food. I order Nashville chicken tenders and got it’s spinal cord like why 😭😕 and their sweet tea taste like shit

I am making this because they refuse to answer there phones. Let me just start with what I did not receive this evening. After they refused to make our order unless we put in online they did not give neither of our French friss, or our large potatoes I also did not receive my biscuit: and there were pickles on my chicken when there was not not suppose to be. Your customer service sucks. And I am sick on top of this so missing half of my food was not a good experience. Do better.

Went there for my lunch to get food for me and coworkers were given all dark meat but charged for all white meat ordered Mac and cheese all was given was thighs and wings. Have tried to call several times to the store to try and correct the problem but they have not answered the phone since 1230 today

Terrible. Food was old and cold, not 1 clean table even though there wasn't anyone in the drive thru and no one eating inside except us. Floors were extremely extremely dirty. If youre looking for disappointment come here bc there's plenty.

I have been disappointed from this location for the last time!! On the most recent visit I ordered the 8 piece legs and thighs extra crispy. When I arrived the gal behind the counter said it would be 7 minutes until it came out of the fryer did i want to wait or take original recipe, I said I would wait no problem. After several minutes I had my order and went home to find out I got 2 thighs original, 1 breast piece original, 1 breast extra crispy and 4 crispy legs. No more!! I've been here 3 times and disappointed every time.

im ngl i am NEVER coming back here 😭😭😭 the younger girls working are so rude and one of them literally shoved the bag of food at me after taking like 10 mins to make it (no one else was there, then one person came and left before i did) not a single person smiled or was welcoming at all.. i hate going somewhere and feeling like a burden 😒
So I go through the drive-thru and order a 12-piece bucket extra crispy and I'm supposed to get three sides supposed to be mashed potatoes and gravy corn and coleslaw I didn't go in because I was soaking wet from the rain so after a long wait I get my food and I go home imagine my surprise when I opened the bag and I've got mashed potatoes but no gravy then I go ahead and start eating after I called and got a busy signal and my chicken is not completely cooked it's still beet red next to the Bone at which time I tried to call again and I still get a busy signal it seems like every time I go to KFC anymore they're always missing something up or out of something or an extra long wait for something it's not the KFC that I used to know and love KFC need to get with the program Colonel Sanders would probably be rolling in his grave if he knew food was going out like this

Need to work on keeping the chicken out from under those heating lamps. I don't know how long it takes you to make fresh chicken but I hope you figure out how to fix this. Sides are smaller. But you have no problem raising the prices.

The food is sometimes less than desirable. Chicken is sometimes left under the heat lamp much longer than it should be. The mashed potatoes are instant and you can tell the minute you taste them. Not the best. Service is always hit-and-miss. Sometimes they're friendly and will bend over backwards for you. Other times they wish you never came in. The hours they're open almost always vary. Usually they open on time but they close early very consistently. Management isn't the greatest. Not at all helpful and when needed they bring attitude. The store is usually clean and the dine-in experience is all alright.
