Need to work on keeping the chicken out from under those heating lamps. I don't know how long it takes you to make fresh chicken but I hope you figure out how to fix this. Sides are smaller. But you have no problem raising the prices.

PLEASE REMOVE THE CRANBERRY LEMONADE FROM ALL KFC MENUS. IT BEEN GONE FOR A MONTH NOW. I DOORDASH TO ALL KFC THEY ALL SAY SAME THING!!!!

The food is sometimes less than desirable. Chicken is sometimes left under the heat lamp much longer than it should be. The mashed potatoes are instant and you can tell the minute you taste them. Not the best. Service is always hit-and-miss. Sometimes they're friendly and will bend over backwards for you. Other times they wish you never came in. The hours they're open almost always vary. Usually they open on time but they close early very consistently. Management isn't the greatest. Not at all helpful and when needed they bring attitude. The store is usually clean and the dine-in experience is all alright.

Went about 3:45 to order a 16 piece no wings bucket paying $42.69 not only did I get wings after the man at the window ask the girl who gave it to him no wings which she said no wings but most of the meat was bruised and uneatable

Ordered 5 piece Chicken tender meal with mash potatos, abd mac & cheese. What I got was coleslaw and a biscuit. NO chicken tenders. ? 100% fail.

No toilet paper in ladies room. I think they forgot to use the 13 herbs and spices on the batch I had. Very bland and a waste of money.

Cashier incorrectly rang the order
When approached for correction
We told no refunds or credits. Not our mistake theirs. They offer no senior or vet discount's. We were forced to take additional food of their choice to correct the error. Shift manager maybe 17. Most of tables were dirty. Customer service is from first on their mind
Drive thru is the priority, There were other upset customers, but they can speak for themselves. Asked for general manager and never received the name.
Suggest you get your chicken dinner elsewhere.

ordered from them via door dash and the took 40min to cook the food. only ordered 2 things and they forgot one of them which was the fries i’d ordered for my daughter. when i called to complain they offered to replace if i drove from van buren to grand ave at 10pm with my 3 year old. Will call corporate office tomorrow.
