I just moved to Fort Smith. Tried once. Never come back. I don’t recommend it either.
Tried crispy pork and the special. Taste was okay. Not better than Banh Mi I tried in other states like Texas or Kansas or Florida . Price seems steep to me for a food truck foods. The amount of food actually less than what they advertised on the internet.

best tasting banh mi in fort Smith. I have tried other places but they just don't have flavor. Tried the rice plate today and its the best one I had here, even my son loves it and he is picky. The owner is always nice and food is always on time.
Seem like there are fake reviews from friends of the owner. But here are my real experiences.
45 minutes waited is a very long time
Not enough meat ! Too little for the price.
Paid $3 extra to get more meat.
2 banh my for $16. I can get something else with bigger portions.
The price is just ridiculous for a food truck type.
The business hours is all kind of weird
Always sold old before the closing hours
If you sold out 1 time, make more the next day

Mi Paté (Banh Mi Viet Nam) is a great cheap food option with awesome sandwiches. The new crispy pork banh mi is delicious and stays in one piece even after a car crash. The bread is sooooo crispy, unlike other places where bread tastes stale. The meat tastes so fresh. The chicken banh mi is decent but not amazing, while the pork banh mi is really good and seasoned a lot better. The lady serving is an absolute peach, and service is fast. They also have Vietnamese coffee. This is a new lunch spot with the best banh mi in town at a great price.
