My FAVORITE Mexican place in the area. They have the MOST authentic Mexican food. And the staff is always very sweet. Their chips and salsa is top notch, and I love how they always offer a mild AND a hot to make everyone happy. My go to is always the Sancho’s Special…but trust me - You’ll be happy with anything you order from here.
This was a local Mexican joint that I stumbled upon after arriving into town. I was seated quickly, staff were polite and prompt without being overbearing, and my food portion was fantastic. I ordered the LUNCH portion of fajitas for dinner after the waitress even offered that and assured me it was enough food.I had mixed fajitas (chicken and beef) and the plate was tasty enough and the portion was indeed more than enough. While good, filling, and local - it's nothing extraordinary....
Food was good. The fajitas had great flavor and the meat was juicy. Arrived hot and sizzling. Chips and salsa was good but they should really warn you that one of the two they bring is spicy! Refills were promptly attended to, but I had to ask 3 times for tortillas for my fajitas. Still a great place to grab lunch!
