We had a group of 8 mostly Veterans. Kait took care of our every need. She was attentive, friendly, yet professional and courteous. She took very good care of us despite the crowd. She was simply amazing. Whatever she's being paid, needs to get doubled, because she works her behind off and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day ever at OG.

We always like the food. The last visit our waitress was good. Visit before that, with a different waitress, she was really unpleasant. We always go when they are not busy.

Sorry but all your reviews that are negative, you ask for the patrons to supply the date, location, time, etc.
Why don't your restraunts get it right the first time, and/or fix the issue then and there?
I realize I will get the scripted response that is mandatory for your establishments, my friend manages one of them...he does not eat there.

Food is fine but the service is awful. Two girls were cleaning by our table and were talking loudly about how lazy their coworkers are and how they never do anything. Complained about everyone by name while cleaning around our table. This went on for easily 10 or 15 minutes. Kept talking about one girl who always needs help and never helps anyone and one guy who can’t keep his tables straight. Does not acknowledge the customers around them and keeps talking loudly about their coworkers. This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I get this is a minimum wage job and to you it might not be that serious. But be considerate of your coworkers and the people around you. It’s very obvious that there is zero teamwork or compassion here.

The server that we had for lunch was absolutely amazing. Thank you Chelsea! I even stopped by the manager on the way out to tell him what great service we had.
