Not as "professional" as other places but the food is pretty good.My biggest problem is, for soup(pho, beef noodle etc) they don't let you change the noodle.I was told "they don't do that back there".Typically you make the noodles last and simply add it to some broth. I just wanted clear noodle instead of the other. Why? The other noodles are too big and don't last long when you have leftovers. To add, it also absolutely tears up my stomach. So I asked to substitute the noodles for clear noodles. My request was denied and there was no explanation. I'm literally just asking for a noodle switch. I can go down to the Asian market and make some myself then switch it out....but I'm not making the soup....that's why I came here.So this place appears to not go "above and beyond". Food was good. But I'm not coming back here.I'll go to pho Muong any day. They give it to me exactly how I ask with no issue. If you have a reason then explain it.I'm not doing any of that "well the cooks don't like doing that" <--- I'm not eating at a 5 star fine dining restaurant where you must appreciate the dish the way it is. I'm eating at a generic pho restaurant.Service score is entirely based on the kitchens service. The server was chill.Yes. This was all over the type of noodles. I'm a cynic might I add.

Okay... enough already with all the nonsense about the service being "rude"; 50% of you guys need to lighten up or develop thicker skin! Sheesh. Yes, the service at Pho King perhaps isn't what you would call "warm" or friendly - whatever. But "rude" implies that they actually disrespect you in some way, which has never been the case for me. Plus, what really irritates me is that so many of you are not acknowledging that: 1) their food is delicious, and EVERY but as good as Green Papaya's or Pho Hoang's, both of which I've been to many times, if not better, and; 2) the prices, perhaps every bit as importantly, are, on average, about $3.00 cheaper PER comparable menu item, which is a BIG deal for many when choosing a restaurant. So stop worrying about the fact that the wait staff isn't known for their warmth (hey... they still regularly come by and ask if I need a refill or anything else, which is more than I can say for many restaurants!) and start focusing on the things that really make Pho King a great joint to eat at for local Vietnamese food (and I've spent over three years of my life living and teaching in East Asia, so I know a thing or two about good Asian food!).

Called over a dozen times to make an order and was completely ignored except for the two times someone answered the phone and hung up in my face. I’m starving and now angry. Got 20 minutes for lunch and spent 15 calling and being ignored and hung up on. Never again and I do not recommend this place to

I've been here a couple times, the food has always been super good, the service has always not been, and their hours are weird. Big concern with this last trip... we both contracted the FLU from here! None of my coworkers from the previous work week have the flu, only my friend that I came to this restaurant with on Saturday. I'm assuming we got it from the community sauces that sit on the table, which I've always thought was gross but there is no other option for sauces, you take those or you don't get any. I'm assuming they don't wipe them down after each table. Super unsanitary. If I were to ever want the food again, I'd only be ordering take out. Can't stand to think of getting sick from eating somewhere. Ew!

It was my 1st time trying Pho. It was SO SO good, my son had combo fried rice. It was also delicious, very flavorful. We were traveling by and wanted to try it out. Definitely recommend.

First impression: was told upon entering that they don't allow service animals. So that's a problem. I clarified and asked "you don't allow service animals?" They said no.The food was good.

One of those hole in the wall jewels. Just order something, you won't go wrong. My favorite part is the GPS when it announces your arrival."You have arrived at your destination, pho king restaurant. " I'm also 12 years old
