Good pretzels and good employees! Awesome at doing their jobs . All the reviews are funny y’all blame the workers why don’t you complain towards HR?? Huh?? , instead of writing a such hateful comment. These employees need a raise from these rude and selfish people . Yes it’s called a pretzel shop , those employees can’t do anything to fix it maybe because they’re waiting until it can be fixed ??? Hope y’all old people realize it’s just PRETZELS

In the last two months or more this pretzel place has had either a broken oven which they have yet to fix or can’t make things that are on their menu, so why are they still open? If you can’t do the basic things that your customers need or you can’t pay to fix your oven, then do us all a favor and go out of business!

They barely have anything left to offer and the stuff they say they offer, they aren’t making. The last 3 times I’ve come here, mid day, all they’ve had is pretzel bites. And apparently they don’t offer the regular pretzel anymore. How are you gonna be a pretzel shop and not offer an actual pretzel? Just weird.

All they have is now Pretzel bites and nothing else. They took all the whole pretzel and my favorite the jalapeno pretzel. Just another run down store in a rundown mall. Won't be long now until they go away too.
The girl there acted like she'd been there forever but they weren't selling Whole pretzels just bites and it was not only a real letdown but I watched five people besides me walk out of line while I stood there for 15 minutes, bad returns.

I absolutely love their pretzels! Wayy better than Auntie Annes! Staff was amazing, kind, and very helpful when I did not know what I wanted. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the mall!
