Good pretzels and good employees! Awesome at doing their jobs . All the reviews are funny y’all blame the workers why don’t you complain towards HR?? Huh?? , instead of writing a such hateful comment. These employees need a raise from these rude and selfish people . Yes it’s called a pretzel shop , those employees can’t do anything to fix it maybe because they’re waiting until it can be fixed ??? Hope y’all old people realize it’s just PRETZELS
I absolutely love their pretzels! Wayy better than Auntie Annes! Staff was amazing, kind, and very helpful when I did not know what I wanted. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the mall!
8 pm visit on 2/25/19 Great customer service, excellent quality, with caring employees. I didn't get his name but the guy employee was a great employee. I would definitely recommend this place for pretzels.
