We had a fantastic brunch at Prima Italia! The atmosphere was elegant but relaxed, making it perfect for a weekend treat. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and everything came out quickly and beautifully presented. The menu had a great variety—creative without being overwhelming. We especially loved the fancy fish and chicken (forgot the actual names), and the craft cocktails and mimosas were a perfect pairing. You can tell everything is made with care and high-quality ingredients. This is definitely one of Fort Smith's best spots for brunch. We'll be back next time you guys do brunch.

We had a wonderful unexpected dinner at Prima Italia celebrating my birthday on a short stop over in Fort Smith during traveling. Our server Brance was an absolute delight and had supreme recommendations that did not disappoint!!! Cheers to the chef for a very delicious meal!! We also were treated with a very talent musical trio that provided the perfect ambiance for dinner! We will definitely stop back if traveling that way again and highly recommend anyone to try this prime establishment out!!!!

Our experience was outstanding until a couple was allowed to bring a dog into the restaurant. We were intensely disappointed that a restaurant of that caliber would let a dog into the dining area. How unsanitary. There were a number of patrons with puzzled looks on their faces when they saw the dog as well. From fine dining to low class in our opinion. I hope the managers of the restaurant read this and change their policy on dogs in the dining area.

The filet was amazing and cooked perfectly, I am not one to clean my plate but I took care of it. Amanda our waitress was great and told us about any specials and answered all our questions. 5 star all around, food, service, cleanliness, and ambiance. First time to eat here and will come back next time I'm in Ft Smjth.

It was Mother's Day buffet. Salad with pesto dressing, fish and lasagne were my favorites. White cake with strawberry filling was really good. Great family lunch celebrating our mother!
