One of the best dining spots in Ft Smith. As a chef myself I was grossly disappointed in the food portion to that of the price of the dish. The food itself was good but t was not as expected given that three chefs own the establishment. More attention to serving proportions to value is a must if they want to establish this a go to Italia restaurant in Ft. Smith.

I had out of town guest and wanted a quiet restaurant with 5star offerings. Prima Italia is the essence of Fine Dining. The food was impeccably prepared and served. Bruschetta, Caesar Salad, Salmon and Chicken Parmesan. Vincent was our Server and explained the menu. Vincent is top of the mark as a Server and we always look forward to seeing him. We highly recommend Prima Italia . The epitome of fine dining!

Service was fantastic! Everyone was extremely friendly....as a matter of fact all where very helpful since it was our first time. Our server walked us through the menu and offered suggestions, he was very attentive...the food was good, however not extra special as some of the prices would reflect. The atmosphere was well presented, classy and clean! We set next to the windows that showed the outdoor space...(very welcoming) Would we return for dinner? Yes and no... maybe to set at the bar and have a cocktail and appetizer, but probably not for a dinner experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Prima Italia – Always Outstanding! We went to Prima Italia for my birthday, and once again, it was an incredible experience. Our server, Vincent, was absolutely the best — as always! Whenever we go to Prima Italia, we ask for him exclusively because he has a way of making every visit feel truly special. We also had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, who is also one of the chefs. She couldn't have been nicer — such a warm personality and a beautiful accent, and her cooking is absolutely magnificent. Tonight's dinner stood out as one of the best we've ever had there. Prima Italia never disappoints — wonderful food, wonderful people, and an atmosphere that makes every occasion memorable.

The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between rustic warmth and elegant sophistication, with soft lighting, and tasteful décor/music. Though I have only been here twice; I have been absolutely impressed with the quality of food and the most outstanding hospitality I have received each time. A special shout out to Vincent, for always bringing the laughs and amazing selections of beverages and food - your professionalism and dedication truly does not go unnoticed!

The goal for our 51st anniversary was to treat my wife to a new restaurant to us. Our first disappointment was the unfiltered nasty tasting water. We ordered an appetizer of (6)Bruschetta. Waiter: would you like that split up? Me: Yes Please Waiter leaves and then immediately returns to table... Waiter: That will be an extra $5 to split. Me: We will split it ourself - thanks Bruschetta arrives and is split in 2.56 seconds. Wife: I will have the shrimp parmesan Me: I will have Lasagna Waiter: Would you like two? Me: Only if they are small, ha,ha Waiter: “No, they are a good serving size” as he holds out his hands to show me. 20 minutes later wife gets her shrimp 15 minutes later wife finishes her shrimp. Waiter: Would you like the bill? Me: Where is my Lasagna!!! Waiter: Oh, I didn’t know you ordered Lasgagna. I can put that order in real quick. Me: No thanks, give us the check. Went to Walmart to get a frozen dinner to eat at home. Happy Anniversary dear!
