Terrible service. The food was great but waitress took a long time and forgot about refilling our drinks. We went up to the counter to pay and two teenage girls were standing there cashing us out and said it was almost $40 which didn’t make sense to me for two entrees and two drinks. So I asked if they had receipts since I wasn’t offered one and the girl behind the girl who was cashing us out giggled( because why is it funny to ask for a receipt) didn’t even make it out the door before I seen there was something wrong we was charged for sushi we didn’t get. They proceeded to give us the $6 out the tip jar and asked me if I wanted the 0.17 cents back since the sushi was $6.17. So unprofessional do not recommend

Been here multiple times, food is great everytime and comes out timely. That's the ONLY reason we keep coming back. Staff is rude every single time not sure why.

Havent even tried the food yet. It was really hot today, and my sister and I had walked very far unexpectedly with my toddler. We decided to stop at saga to cool off and get some food to go. There was a fan pointing at the table and as soon as we sat down the staff turned it away from us. We got some waters and teas, and we ordered something to go. After we were brought the food the waitress said she’d get us our drinks to go, so we waited for a bit. Maybe 5-10 minutes later she only brought one drink and apologized for forgetting, and my sister went up to pay. The redheaded girl asked if we were the to go order, my sister said yes, and the girl rolled her eyes and said FINALLY. Like???? We wouldve been out of there sooner if we were brought our drinks. God forbid we stop and get something to drink on the edge of a heatstroke. We wouldve ordered more but we were all feeling sick. Terrible attitude from that redhead and the other girl seemed to be doing everything else. There was maybe one or two other seated tables in the restaurant so its not like they were hurting for space.

This is NOT Japanese restaurant, please don’t give Japan a bad name, we walked in about noon there is no customer in there I got bad feeling about it and waitress walked up to us and point to the back end of the restaurant I thought to myself why when there No one up front anywhere we both order seafood ramen noddles first time I had ramen noodles broth smell fishy and I ask the server if they make noddles fresh she said no they bought it from grocery store and I know it.
Sorry it will be the first time and last.

The ramen was delicious! The sweet chili wings and gyoza were really good, too. Our waitress was really friendly. It took just a little while to get our food, but not too long and it was worth it!

We absolutely adore this place. The food and service are great, the menu is large and varied, and the prices are fantastic for what you get. The inside isn't fancy but it's clean, and we would definitely spend more on fast food without being nearly as satisfied. I also believe this is probably the only place in town that you could get sushi (never been a fan so I couldn't attest) ramen (tasty) and bulgogi (not quite as good as KPot but better priced) on the same menu. This has definitely become our once a week stop.

I've been to Saga a few times so far (always for the sushi) and I've been delighted every time! The #2 Saga platter (pictured) is a particular favorite!
