Just came through the drive thru. Waited at the window, after ordering for what felt like forever, never got to pay. Got tired of waiting so I left. Never greeted at the window.
Put cheese on my blt was all cold poor service all around wouldn’t waste my money again stay away!

Just sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes. No one ever came on the intercom to take our order and whenever we drove up to the window to see what was going on we tried calling an employee over who had just dropped off food. Instead she ignored us and walked inside. If you guys were busy that’s completely fine but to ignore people and have them waiting there for over 30 minutes and not let them know anything is ridiculous. When we left there was still cars that were waiting that had gotten there before us. Overall very rude and unprofessional.

Been here several times and they continue to do my order wrong. I have asked repeatedly for them to put lemons on the side of my drink and they always show up inside. I asked for extra flavor and got less than the normal amount but I definitely paid for extra. The chicken I got in my burrito was so hard I couldn’t even pick it apart. Instead of asking people to escalate this feedback to corporate you need to get someone in there that is going to fire the wrong people and hire the right ones because it’s going to hurt the business you get in this location. I used to get a sonic water every day before I moved here so you are losing a lot of potential profit over crap like this and other reviews I have seen.

Ordered and payed for a side of queso and got maybe a teaspoon in a tiny cup?? is this a joke??
Ordered a Oreo blast that came and was about half full. Sent it back while waiting. I was gonna try The french fries and they were cold and hard and horrible. Sent them back waited a while and wound up just leaving with nothing.

We waited forever for our food to come out. Literally 30 minutes at the drive through and not just that but the lady giving us our food tapped her finger and rolled her eyes impatiently when our driver was handing us the food. (We were in the back) she handed us the change and didn't say anything. Wasn't even smiling..you could tell she didn't want to be there.

Every time I come here I order on the app. When I get a blast I always order an extra thing or two added in. Just about 9 out of 10 times I get it and nothing I paid to add is actually added in. Today I did that but I told the carhop nothing was added in it. She told me "oh it's just mixed in" but I sent it back anyway bc it very obviously didn't have what I asked to be added. She brought it back and said the cook who made it told her everything was added. I mixed it up, and low and behold, it had nothing extra added. I sent it back and she only added 1 of 3 toppings I ask to be added. Currently sitting in the drive-thru to get a refund bc I'm tired of messing with it.
On another occasion I ordered a breakfast sandwich and at the end found a broken bread clip (one of the flat plastic square ones) in the sandwich and they refused to give me a refund.
At this point I'll only be buying drinks from here bc this is ridiculous
