Ordered from here twice using door dash.
The first time, two days ago, I ordered my child's favorite food and favorite drink, and I got a cheeseburger and my favorite drink, a cherry coke. I really only wanted the drink and had been craving it all day.
Driver arrives, there's only my food, and my child's drink and no sticker seal on the bag. My kiddo did not get her food, I did not get the only thing I wanted, and nobody is going to eat what's in the bag because no sticker seal. Sorry to the trustworthy and clean drivers, I have just seen too many animals in drivers cars and animals are NOT clean.
Call door dash customer service and get a full refund. Trash the food, order something else from somewhere else and wallow in disappointment.
Well, I ordered again today. Same exact order as last time. My child's favorite food and drink, and just a regular cheeseburger and a cherry coke. I still want a cherry coke. It's been poking at my brain and taste buds for two days now.
Order is delivered, and it's wrong. Kiddo didn't get the onions she asked for, and my cherry coke was literally water with a little bit of cherry flavor in it. The only thing I was looking forward to was not right.
Kiddo is happy to live without onions, but prefers them. I would not be complaining right now if it were just onions one time.
But this wasn't just onions, and it wasn't one time. Literally the only two times I've ordered from this location and it's been all screwed up both times.
Thankfully door dash gave me a refund for the drink.
I do not recommend this place, I will not order from here again.
But seriously, all I want is a cherry coke.

I’ve given this store more than enough chances, and they keep screwing up every single time. It’s honestly pathetic at this point — they can’t seem to get anything right. I’ve even gone as far as contacting the manager to complain, and they offered me a $25 gift card just to shut me up, but of course, I never even got that. What kind of joke of a business does that? Every order I get is wrong — missing items, wrong food, and they can’t even toss in the condiments I specifically ask for. The management here clearly doesn’t care about customers at all. It’s run like a circus with no one in charge who knows what they’re doing. This place seriously needs new management

Ordered through the app, I got 1 blast, 3 chicken wraps, some of the new salted carmel bites, and some chicken bites.

I did NOT get one of the wraps.
The service was horrible. Went to go pick the food up, the server barely said a word to me. Just gave me the food. Then when I got home, I found that I was missing a wrap. I tried to call to talk to them about it, but they didn’t answer. Tried calling for over 45 minutes.

Worst part was, the food that we did get was old. It tasted terrible. Normally, sonic is pretty decent grub. But this experience was terrible. I’m deleting the app, I probably won’t be coming back.

Pulled into a spot placed order waited 25 minutes order never came out finally pushed the button again. They ask what we wanted to order i said we already ordered then they ask what was the name on the order. I said we ordered already just want our food. A girl come out to the vehicle asked again what the name was on the order i said we ordered from here no name on order. She asked if we wanted to reorder i said hell know i dont want to wait again already waited 25 minutes. My last few experiences at sonic have not been good think i will stop supporting them all together. These places need better training and supervision

This place was a little difficult to access the drive thru. You pull in one driveway & follow around the back with a very sharp turn to order then you follow it down & out another driveway. The girl was sweet as they usually are. I haven't been impressed with the food that I've ordered at any of the locations so I stay to my slushy floats that I love.

I ordered a medium coke from ap on 5/27. Ap advertise 50% off. It also shows price you will pay at discounted price. After payment, Apple Pay and ap showed me I paid full price at 2.51. I told carhop about it. She said she think there have been issues with ap, but she is not sure because she is new. She went inside to speak with manager. She came back out to say GM told her nothing can be done. I asked for her name and the manager’s name so that I can contact company about my experience and to be refunded. I also did not take the drink from her. I took picture of her with the drink in her hand. She eventually gave her name, which is RENEE. I shouldn’t have to beg for anyone’s name at an establishment. I never got manager’s name. Another carhop approached. I forgot to get her name, but she was a thin, white blonde with glasses. She asked would I like a manager and she will get one for me. Her and RENEE went inside. The blonde came back outside with receipt. She said manager told her nothing can be done. Manager said I’m supposed to add the 1/2 off whatever that means. I just bought a drink at 1/2 off on 5/25 with no issue. She apologized. Then, said the manager is CASEY and the owner is MIKEY. If I’m not refunded by Sonic, I will dispute charges with bank.

The food is great and they are fairly fast for being near a college. They ALWAYS forget the sauces though. Every time I go there. Other than that I'd recommend it.
