This store gave me a free combo coupon due to poor service and it did. not have an expiration date on it so I have it to my granddaughter to use tonight because she wanted to try their new sandwich combo. Well when she tried to give the coupon they said I didn’t get it from that store and they wouldn’t honor it. Told my daughter to go to Towson. II DID NOT GET IT FROM TOWSON! I GOT IT FROM ZERO. Stopped at Sonic on Zero in Fort Smith. I ordered a number 2 with mustard lettuce and onion only and a large onion ring. I got a number 2 with mustard, ketchup and onion. Then my onion ring bag had 6 onion rings in it and was only half full. This used to be the best sonic in town and about 6 months ago it went downhill. One night my family and I waited 45 minutes for food.
I don't know why this says I recommend them because at this point I DO NOT recommend them
Sat in the stall for 10 minutes with the button activated waiting to order. Condiment lady come by and asked if I need anything. I told her I had been waiting to order for a while and all she says is they will get to you. Left and did not order.
