Haven't been here in a while because of the poor service in the past, but decided last night to try again. They had a girl working alone with a lot of orders but she was kind to everyone despite seeming flustered at some points. The food was delicious and my order was precise. I think I will be returning to this subway at least at night time thanks to the girl with glasses and blue hat.

They are very slow, I placed my order online at 2 pm when my break and it took them 1 hr to give me my order. I had to wait about 30 minutes until they attended to me, they take care of a line with 10 people in front of me
My order was place 30 min ago and still wait another 30 min in there that's why I give them that rating 😠😠😠😠

If I was able to give zero stars for service, I would. The ā€œmanager in trainingā€ flirted with me in front of my significant other and then once he saw that we were together, sighed and asked if they were also getting something then simply threw things on the sandwich. Conversation remained very awkward and uncomfortable but got even worse once he cut our sandwiches with the same knife and proceeded to put the dirty knife back in with the clean ones. To also add to this very unsanitary situation, he even used the same gloves to make our sandwiches, handle money, take our coupon, and then make the sandwiches for other customers. He was the one with the shaved head that was balding at the front with the tag only saying his position instead of his name.

This Subway has gone downhill over the years. They've messed up our last few orders and me and my wife got food poisoning from eating there last night. Dealing with it coming from both ends, as we speak. Don't recommend.

I want to preface that the first employee was a cool dude. The interaction with him was what I’d expect at a Subway.

Portion control has insanely gone downhill here.
This employee says she can only give 6 banana peppers, olives, etc. one line of the sauces, and anything else added would be charged for a deluxe (+$1.50).
I asked for a little more (picture shows how it was) and she says it’ll be upcharged and the guy comes over and says add 6 more at no charge. She fought back with him.

It isn’t necessarily the fee that bothers me, but when you’re at a point of literally counting out portions (with dirty gloves you just handled the register and a customer’s returned receipt they brought in from outside and then pulled up your shorts with), you’re probably at a point where every customer matters and you should work on your customer interactions.

Side note, when you order online and select the ā€œmoreā€ option, there isn’t any additional charge.

Oddly, I could have lived with the unsanitary parts today, but when you start playing with money inconsistently charging me all while getting an attitude, I’ll pass. Walked out without completing order.

Although the employees are kind, this store is ineffective. It takes 20+ minutes to get food, even if you are the only ones here. Mobile orders reign supreme and they don’t have enough help in the store to help the in-person customers. The employees rarely move quickly, so making any sandwiches takes an inordinate amount of time. While I’ve been in the store eating, the same customers have been standing in line and it’s been at least 25 minutes since we sat down to eat. Again, although kind, the employees don’t seem confident in their craft. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve noticed this or the first time I’ve had to leave this location due to it taking so long to get helped.

I go to this subway all the time because it's close to my house and ONCE again they messed up my mobile order. Both of my sandwiches were not toasted and had no cheese on them. I work a very fast paced job all you have to do is SLOW down n read. And maybe they need more then 2 teenagers working the evening shift

Manager needs to replace Peggy she is super rude and never wants to do anything and everytime I come she is always unhappy and she never ever wants to help there was a very big line and she did nothing to help and waited 30 minutes just for a simple sandwich but Val she is the one that helped us she was very sweet and respectful and care not like the other two all they did was fight with about 7 people in line
