Ash or Ashley was the nicest, most knowledgeable, and super attentive. I’ll go out of my way to come to this Subway location. 🙌🏼

Meatball marinara was cold ordered extra meatballs got less than a regular order, ordered on the app and still had to wait for my food just to watch the employee take it off the shelf where it had been sitting no telling how long the subway on Grand Ave in fort smith has to be the worse one I have ever been in period.

Rushed through the line. Asked for extra spinach got a total of 5 leaves and 4 olives for my veggies. Best part was they then tried to charge me for someone else's food doubling my bill. Luckily I cought that before paying.

She was alone in the store handling everything on her own and she had 2 in drive through and 5 in store and she was stalking in between customers... she rocked all with no problem and she communicated well with all the customers at the same time... she s very friendly and her regulars like me love Ash she's great!

Ash and Alexa are very hard working!!!! They do a lot and serve a lot of people with very kind attitudes. Such nice people and I know when I enter and they working, then my sandwich is gonna come out amazing!!!

When we first walk in there are only two workers at 3pm, seemingly struggling. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I asked the first worker I saw if their Lions Cash machine was working (because it never works) before even attempting to order my sandwich. She gave me a nasty look and said “well do you want to check before I make it?” Which is very logical, but the way it was said to me was in a snotty tone that made me sound and feel like an inconvenience. I get to the worker at the cash register and explain to her what I’m doing, and she asks me on the spot what my order would be. So I begin to list it, and then I go back for the lady to make my sandwich. Whole time I’m looking around and flies are near the food, and ingredients are mixed together causing cross contamination. THANK GOD I dont have an allergy to any of the food there!! I ask for my cups and when I go over to the soda machine everything is dirty. The counter, the straws, and some of the lids. I get it’s not entirely their fault, things happen, but when I asked for a different lid I was again treated like an inconvenience. She handed me my lid but she put her whole hand on the underneath part where the drink touches it and she had taken off her gloves prior so her bare hand was on it. I get it, things happen. I’m just not impressed with the lack of sanitation. Don’t take this at a dig at the workers, they had their fair share of problems like an attitude, but I’d have an attitude too if it was so damn apparent to every person who walks near this subway that the management sucks!! Why would you ever offer Lions Cash to the university students who are a walk away, and then leave your workers understaffed?? I would never recommend this Subway, such a disappointment.

I came to this location at 11:15pm it was only one worker working drive thru, on the line, also checking people out! I wanted to take the time to write a review I never do, but she deserves it! It was two cars in front of me and one behind! Before I went to drive thru I tried the lobby it was closed. Even the customers was leaving quick, It was sandwiches laid out on table. She was moving so fast and quick. She explained the wait and was very loud and respectful! I live close to townson, I refused because the customer service is very poor, they don’t care for the customers! Grand has a new permanently customer! Ashunti were amazing you handle us with care!! Thanks to you I will be back!

There was a wait on my mobile order because they lost the ticket. Then there was only one lady working the others were laughing and cutting up and not working and the only person working did not read the ticket so both footlongs were messed up. This is the first time but it will be the last for me because I am taking my business elsewhere

*READ BEFORE VISITING*
This is by far the best location in Fort Smith to get subway from .... every time I dont go here I regret it.
Do you hate waiting 40 mins for your turn in line? Go here
Do you hate it when you get 1 olive and told they have no button to add more? Go here they give you a normal amount and explain its just the cost going on right now its not just a made up excuse.
Do you like being able to talk to the employees and they understand what you are saying? This place is friendly and easy to talk to location especially if Ashante and Kameh are working.
Do you hate it when people don't listen and get your order wrong because they don't care? That does not happen here.
Do you want your sandwich,wrap, and so on fresh and they have everything instead of always being out and not stocked? Go here
Do you like being able to eat in? They have a ton of room
Do you hate the parking at some locations? They got that covered too
Do you hate being made guilty for asking for something you are paying 20$ for? Then go here this location is the best
I like subway and I dont like having to choose between not going just because some locations are not trained or run out of everything or just simply don't care to help or do anything ... its stressful
This location has never been bad even once for me PLEASE if you have a choice choose this location.
Also the person over the location billy keeps everything so smooth here but they work hard and are spread thin subway is not easy to hire for and keep people they are doing an insane job at this location Monday- Friday after 5 Ashante is there and is an amazing manager.

Met two AMAZING people there today! The manager, Ashanti Narcisse, was HILARIOUS, super friendly, made an amazing salad and sandwich, didn't mind making to order, and had some awesome conversations with us!
The other worker there, Kameh Black, was working non stop, but still kept up the friendly conversation, laughing with us while she set bread and made online orders
Amazing experience, best subway I've been to in AGES! The rest of them have really fallen behind in terms of service, but these ladies are KILLING IT! 10/10, hoping to make this my permanent subway

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this location. This is by far the most ridiculous portioning I've ever seen. There was literally 1 spinach leaf, 1 bell pepper piece, and barely any turkey or sauce. My sandwich was so light i thought they forgot to put one in there. It weighed less than the bag of chips. There is nothing that will make this right to me, and I will not return to this location. I seriously hope management takes this review into consideration.
