I come every Monday for my Cold Cut meal of day. Alicia is always here working, and she definitely keeps the line moving even though it’s always just her there. Shes always got a smile on her face, and if she’s overwhelmed you would never know it. She moves with a sense of urgency, and I love that! I only get 30 minutes for my lunch, so it’s nice that my time is valued. She doesn’t just do her job; she elevates the customer experience through her competence and diligence....
I had a rough experience in here a few years ago, and swore to never return. But I was shopping at Wal-Mart and smelled the bread baking as I was checking out. I was so hungry so I decided to come grab something to eat on my way back to Lavaca. I think it was the manager that was helping me, but she was so kind and was able to get my sandwiches made so fast. Went to the subway in Walmart on Kelly no one was at the counter waiting 15 minutes a associate came by and yelled for Charlotte that he had a customer upfront and she said Kate they say I’m busy. I’ll be there when I get there they need to be patient. Her name was Charlotte.
