This place was awesome for breakfast passing through town. Lots of substantial food options and treats. Everything was delicious.

The atmosphere and service is worth stopping inside. I enjoyed a hot egg and bacon croissant, a skinny, sugar-free, almond Roca mocha (20% off on Monday!), and a hot maple bourbon coffee. All were very fresh and served hot as expected(but not always received at other places). The barista was very attentive, helpful and quick to bring me my order. The restaurant was very clean. I have also used the drive through multiple times, but I love going inside to stop the world for a few minutes.

The customer service at this Sweetbay location is great. The employees are always welcoming and friendly. No matter what time of day I visit, the customer service is consistently great! I love the mochas and hot chocolate.

Went here for lunch. I've been to this location before and the food is okay and so are the staff that work there too. But it seems no matter the sandwich I've gotten their caprese they are stingy with the pesto sauce. It turn out to be a cheese sandwich with a tomato. There is always just a one smear of pesto. Which I don't understand, they never put the pesto all over the sandwich. I'm just saying a caprese is a caprese so pesto is needed. It's not worth $10 for a sandwich that has the most important ingredient none existent. I was NOT impressed.

Take my opinion with a grain of salt. I tend to prefer a specialty coffee experience, not a sugary, commercial chain coffee experience. I can throw down with a pumpkin spice latte, but when I go to a coffee shop and order a simple latte, I expect it to be good, and this certainly was not. This is obviously intended to be a sugary coffee place. That actually coffee itself is not very good. We did have a grilled cheese that was quite tasty tho. All in all, if you like tons of sugar in your coffee, you’ll probably enjoy this. If not, you’ll probably hate it.

I stopped by to grab lunch here and it’s such a clean establishment! Crystal took my order and was very helpful and kind! I got a panini and it was phenomenal! I’ve tried making the copy cat of this panini before and Sweet Bay makes it better than anyone! Please come give their food and drinks a try!

Always a must when we visit from Miami! Great coffee, locally sourced products and fresh every time we come by. I recommend it to anyone in the area.

I went through the drive-through in need of real coffee. I had dumped out my hotel coffee, it was so bad. I don't live in Fort Smith, I was there overnight for a biking event. I spot the coffee shop & made a U-turn. I ordered a café au lait – it was like water. It didn't taste bad, but it was weak and had no flavor. The drive through service was very nice.

I’ve been coming to Sweetbay for many years now. It’s always been my favorite coffee shop in the area. Unfortunately, over the last couple of months, the quality has gone down hill. When I came by today, it was the worst I’ve had from here.I know they have recently changed owners, and there’s always a different employee serving me. Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I’m sure it doesn’t help.I hope things turn around soon.

I have vomited things that tasted better than my last (and I do mean L A S T) SweetBay coffee. Maybe it was what I ordered, maybe it was out of date, it was definitely garbage. something in my mocha was gritty/chunky and tasted old. I wish I could say it was just me, but my kids didn’t drink theirs either. I’ve been a SweetBay fan for many years, but things change. I gave a 2 star rating because the lady who waited on me was amazing. Service wasn’t the problem for me.

I definitely prefer going to this Sweet Bay than the other one in Fort Smith! Atmosphere is a lot better and it seems like the inside is less busy which I love! Drinks are yummy and staff are super nice and helpful ☺️
