The customer service at this Sweetbay location is great. The employees are always welcoming and friendly. No matter what time of day I visit, the customer service is consistently great! I love the mochas and hot chocolate.
Went here for lunch. I've been to this location before and the food is okay and so are the staff that work there too. But it seems no matter the sandwich I've gotten their caprese they are stingy with the pesto sauce. It turn out to be a cheese sandwich with a tomato. There is always just a one smear of pesto. Which I don't understand, they never put the pesto all over the sandwich. I'm just saying a caprese is a caprese so pesto is needed. It's not worth $10 for a sandwich that...read full review
