It's only been a couple of months ago that I started going to tropical smoothie...although I love the smoothie the service is terrible...I've only been to this place about 6 times...well at least 3 out of 6 times my drink sits at window after I pay and I have to sit forever before anyone acknowledges me at the window again to simply hand me my drink....the ones who have already tended to me and know I'm waiting walk by the window several times ..but ignore me...I don't think il be back

Stood there ready to order. It was not busy. They just chatted and didn’t speak to us or come and take our order. Very upset. I’ve never had an issue. But customer service was not on their radar today.

Food was classic tropical smoothie great! Staff was very poor☹️ plenty of staff but they don’t acknowledge customers? I waited about 10 min in front of the register to order. Staff just walking past without speaking (I was the only one in the lobby they weren’t busy) not a good tropical smoothie experience compared to what I’m used to!

This was my first time to visit. I asked for advice on what to order, and they recommended the Thai chicken wrap. It was great! My Avacadola smoothie was the best smoothie I've ever tasted. Friendly staff. Very clean restaurant.

My son had all his wisdom teeth pulled and they told him that he could only have cold soft items for the day. We arrived at Tropical Smoothie Cafe to get him a smoothie. The staff were very kind and patient. They even recommended him a blend that would fill him up. He took the offer and he really enjoyed it. Thank you to the kind and caring employees.
I hate giving less than great reviews. I’m a first time customer. Came by today at noon and the girl taking drive thru orders was not very pleasant. The guy at the window made up for that with his upbeat and friendly personality not to mention kind manners. The wraps are HUGE! I was loving the first cpl bites, the taste is FABULOUS. I had the CARIBBEAN JERK CHICKEN wrap. After the first few bites there was little to no chicken at all. Lots and lots of onions and greens. The few pieces of chicken were solid fat and that made me stop eating. ? The corn was delicious and so was the smoothie. Definitely NOT worth $17
