I absolutely love the smoothies here! I always get the peanut paradise. It’s always consistent, amazing flavor and the staff is very friendly. They are fast and efficient when it comes to taking your order and having it to you.

The excuse the employee had for not taking 100 bills was absolutely sad, told me they have no way to check the bills, I believe your company can afford 1.50 pens to check bills and her aditude was horrible about as well. Will never visit this location again.

My friend & I went to stop inside tropical smoothie. The girl working came up to the register & just stared at us. No warm welcome or anything. Spoke very quietly & was very rushed. It was very obvious she did not want to be there. The gentleman who handed me my food talked to me more than she did.

My husband and I had one of best dining experience ever. We traveled across the country because of our occupation and always had not so great experience with restaurants. We came into tropical smoothie cafe and was greeted by the manager and his staff with such great hospitality. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Love the online order feature. We were on the road and were able to order online before we got there. They also have an app in which you can order. I've never seen or used the app, but online one can order and customize anything on the menu. Love the fact that one can ask for no sugar in the smoothies! They also have dairy free options.

Order food through Door Dash. My order was wrong. It had the correct ticket but the wrap was wrong. I spent 20 on my lunch just to throw it away. I tried to call to get it fixed, but no one answered. There is no way of talking to anyone. Ugh! So frustrating. I will not be ordering from them again. I understand mistakes but at least have a way to fix it.

Hard to get into with the traffic off Rodgers especially going eastbound
I’m a 100% carnivore and decided to try a smoothie from here on the advice of a friend and it was wonderful. It was pineapple and avocado — naturally sweet. I will be coming back when I want to break from Carnivore.

Love their food + smoothies!!! The Açaí Bowls are bottom of the bowl-licking good! Be prepared for a new OBSESSION if you try it!! I like mine to melt just a bit, then shake it up, Before opening. Ah-mazing!! 🙌🏼🥰

It's only been a couple of months ago that I started going to tropical smoothie...although I love the smoothie the service is terrible...I've only been to this place about 6 times...well at least 3 out of 6 times my drink sits at window after I pay and I have to sit forever before anyone acknowledges me at the window again to simply hand me my drink....the ones who have already tended to me and know I'm waiting walk by the window several times ..but ignore me...I don't think il be back

Stood there ready to order. It was not busy. They just chatted and didn’t speak to us or come and take our order. Very upset. I’ve never had an issue. But customer service was not on their radar today.
