They are so petty it makes zero sense.. you can get a 20wing piece by itself and they do not let you get ONE single dipping sauce.. Please explain this wingstop on grand , please

Mutant Legacy

I had ordered two pretty decent sized meals here and waited almost 1 hour and twenty something minutes just for all of my food to be cold anyways. My wings weren’t that big, probably the size of my big toe and was pink inside. I couldn’t tell you how many people were getting irritated. As I was sitting in lobby I also noticed mold on the ceiling. 🤮 never felt so sick. Management is really irresponsible. Maybe sending videos to their HR will help.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a restaurant than I just had at this wingstop. I went into the store and there was one couple sitting down eating and no other customers. I ordered then sat down and waited for 55 minutes for my 8 traditional wings and fry’s. By the time I got my food there was maybe 10 people waiting for food. When I got my food there was not even an apology for the wait. I opened my food to check it just to find out that my fry’s were ice cold. After an hour I was not going to accept cold fry’s. I asked for the manager. The young guy at the desk said there was no manager there. I asked who was in charge then and he replied “honestly I don’t know who’s in charge”. At that point I was so caught off guard I didn’t know what to say. After a few seconds I said well can you at least give me some hot fry’s, and he said it would take another 20 minutes. At this point I was very frustrated. I asked for my money back. The young guy said he couldn’t give me my money back. I’ve found ants in my food at a restaurant before(not wingstop). And this experience was worse than that. I will never eat at this place again! If I could leave a negative star review I would!

I have never been more disappointed in a Wingstop order. I wouldn’t even be writing this review if it hadn’t happened over 2 years and ONLY at this Fort Smith, Arkansas location.
Not only did an employee try to steal a sandwich from my to go order tonight, If I hadn’t checked, I wouldn’t have realized that the $70 in wings and fries that I bought would only contain half the amount of wings. Of course I go in. I remedy the situation get my chicken sandwiches get my french fries (Not how they were supposed to be cooked or seasoned) Only to be met with attitude, And nonsense. As usual, thank God, I always ask for a receipt. This was before 4:30 PM on a Friday. I couldn’t fathom trying to order any later….. As there was no customers plenty of employees, but no one who is trying to work in that store/Restaurant!!! The manager kept trying to laugh and say thank you for being so understanding as I quoted once fast food can be hard. He smiles and demeanor were amazing until I went out to the car for the third time and realized that my order was not fulfilled. If you live in this area, just go ahead and go to Rogers grand was a waste of taste waste of space and waste of time!

I'm a door dash delivery driver . Arrives at store manager stated the order would be ready in 6 minutes . Funny this was a double dash and had been placed 17 minutes prior . Her and three other staff members left the kitchen area to one round guy who diligently worked on large order . Not sure why they left all seemed to be upset that I arrived . We don't make much on each order so when I have to wait an additional 30 minutes it comes out of my pocket. Not ok bad management . She could have helped or assigned someone to speed up the order which was already late .

Got there at 11:15, doors still locked, since we are the first customers inside, the tables were dirty i suppose from the night before, drink station not stocked, and with previous interactions and food being cold or watching them take fries someone gave back and they put them in another persons order, i will definitely be taking the drive and going to another location!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I was very disappointed today when I picked up my online order (a few minutes earlier than I was supposed to) and my wings were cold. I also paid extra for two ranch cups and they were both less than halfway full. Also, my wings had barely any sauce.

great, hard workers, and super polite. i feel bad for for isaac (who was working the front). this one lady was causing a scene about waiting for 30 minutes on her food. i doubt she was there for 30 minutes. the store looked pretty busy for how many employees were there. isaac was doing the best he could and tried his best to apologize to this lady. which wasn’t his fault (if anyone’s ever worked fast food they would understand service industry isn’t easy). she was causing a scene for the whole crew and it was truly embarrassing for me! these people need a raise!!
