Absolutely terrible service. We placed our order. The screen said Christie was bringing our order out to stall 1. About 5 minutes later she tried to deliver our order to the vehicle next to us, which had only been there for seconds and had not even ordered. We tried to get her attention, she ignored us and ran back inside. She can in and out multiple times, ignoring us the whole time. You can’t not go to Sonic, but you can critique an item or an experience if needed. I was looking forward to trying the bacon jam burger. The patty was so over cooked I could barely gnaw through it bite by bite. And don’t expect that beautiful thick layer of bacon jam you see on the commercial. What a disappointment.
