We ordered vegetable and chicken fajitas to go and expressed our allergies and to cook our food in a seperate pan without butter or dairy or mammalian products. They did an excellent job. The food was fabulous and we did not have any reactions! “I say this with reservations. and I don't mean reservations of the restaurant kind because nobody answers the phone so you can't get reservations. We are the kind of customers that you would like to keep, we live less than a mile from Papa Dick's, we will be there summer, winter, fall.... you name it. however when you call nine times and can never get anyone to answer the phone You start thinking about your other options. We called the pizza in with the intentions of going to get it this evening. We called and were on hold for 9 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Called on a second phone and straight to voice mail. So finally we decided it's faster to go up and get the pizza. Which meant going to the restaurant, ordering the pizza and having to wait for it. As I said we live very close so one of our party went in, ordered the pizza, and came home. In 20 minutes he went back to get the pizza... in 30 minutes he finally got back home because the pizza took an additional 20 minutes past when they said it would be done. The pizza was good, the cheesy bread was good, the food is always good I don't have a problem with that, but in the time it took to complete what should have been a simple transaction, we could have run to Ash Flat and had a few more choices. Fix the phone problem.... or the employee problem whatever the problem is it needs to be fixed.”
