I went through the drive-thru today at 1:00 and got amazingly unexpected service!! I’m just in town visiting so this was a very pleasant surprise. The gentleman that took my order had the best customer service and on top of that saved me a few dollars! Not sure if he is a manager or not but he definitely should be. Thank you sir!
I haven't been to Taco Bell in a hot minute. I wasn't used to the new computer system that they have. I've been used to looking at a menu. One of the employees Drew ( I think that was his name) was so kind to come over and kind of walk me through it. He asked me what I liked and gave me some awesome recommendations. Just went through the drive through. The guy thought it was Friday even though it was Sunday and he did not get our order correct. However when I went back he corrected his mistake free of charge so I was pleased.
