I went through the drive-thru today at 1:00 and got amazingly unexpected service!! I’m just in town visiting so this was a very pleasant surprise. The gentleman that took my order had the best customer service and on top of that saved me a few dollars! Not sure if he is a manager or not but he definitely should be. Thank you sir!

I haven't been to Taco Bell in a hot minute. I wasn't used to the new computer system that they have. I've been used to looking at a menu. One of the employees Drew ( I think that was his name) was so kind to come over and kind of walk me through it. He asked me what I liked and gave me some awesome recommendations. Top-notch service from that guy! It's not too often you get stellar customer service from Taco Bell employees like that. Hats off to that man he...
