I like the new order terminals in theory. In practice the placement was crowded, the menu needs optimized, feels very corporate and dystopian when it could be presented as a utopian concept. At the very least it's obvious these terminals should be an alternative. Bring the big menu on the wall behind the counter back, it's just a few TV screens with a flashdrive in it. Hey it's Taco Bell nothin special just fast food. This Taco Bell at least puts cheese on the tacos. I normally go through the drive thru and I've had great tacos and always get napkins n my hot sauce. Great service and a decent Taco Bell

As always there is barely anyone there. I ordered on the app. Walked in to pick up no one and i mean no one was even in the place. I yelled hello any one here 3 xs before a man came in.
