Every time I come through the drive through it takes 10 minutes to get to the window. I live in greenbrier and visit here frequently and will avoid McDonald’s if I’m even remotely in a hurry.I thought that “fast food” was supposed to be service in a timely manner and it seems like they don’t have a clock inside. 10 minutes to get an order taken is asinine. 300 seconds and you should be on your way down the road.As I type this I’ve been in line for 15 minutes now -...read full review
In the last month, I've stopped to get something to eat 4 or 5 times (breakfast on the weekend) and they haven't been open. Hours on the doors says they are, cars are cars there. But drive through and lobby closed.

Went there today around 1 o'clock, I was the only one in drive though, ordered big Mac meal, chicken nugget meal, two drinks, made it large, ff was half full, and luck warm. Big Mac was pathetic, it was so messy bun was falling apart, couldn't eat it, and how expensive they are you think they would take pride in serving quality products, but know. Maybe lack of leadership to let that kind of product coming out the window
