“The staff at this chick fil a has always been so friendly and welcoming. Their service is also extremely quick which is appreciated and certainly lives up to the restaurant’s reputation. My only complaint is that they did remove their playground recently.
I’m not sure the reasoning behind it, but it was disappointing for our kids and means we don’t visit as often.“

“Food is good. Cashier was not friendly. One of our meals was never brought to the table so 20 minutes after all the other food was brought to the table I went and inquired about it. It only took a couple of minutes for them to throw it together so I'm assuming they forgot about it.“

“Ordered a Spicy flounder fish sandwich combo through the drive thru and a strawberry biscuit. It was a long wait, but the food came out piping hot and fresh, so no complaints there. Unfortunately my order was wrong. I received a classic fish sandwich instead of a spicy one. However, I should have paid more attention to the screen displaying my order so I could have caught it and corrected it. So that’s on me. But no big deal, I went in to get the correct sandwich. The cook who made my sandwich, I think they were calling her Ms. Martha! She needs a raise! She went above and beyond to help me out. Made my new sandwich fresh and threw in some fresh made fries as well. She was wonderful! Also the strawberry biscuit is to die for!“

“6/2016 ðŸ£ðŸ¤ðŸ¥This Father's Day I purchased a family meal for dinner, the chicken was awful!!! DRY, hard & not moist we had to throw it out. I called spoke to the manager Michael who was very apologetic. He offered to replace but it was extremely late he let me pick it up the next day. Monday we finally ate KFC and it was wonderful!!! Chicken was moist, skin soft and crunchy so a BIG THANKS to KFC and manager Michael for making a bad visit do a complete u-turn and making it right!!! Thanks KFC in Greenwood, AR we will keep coming back. I'm sure the new guy won't over cook and you'll keep making great chicken ðŸ”ðŸ—ðŸ”ðŸ—🔠THANKS AGAIN“
