From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless — from the dining area to the kitchen line, you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The staff was not only friendly and fast, but also genuinely welcoming. They worked together like a well-oiled machine and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant.

What really stood out was the manager. You can immediately tell they take pride in their team and their store. They were visible, hands-on, and clearly led with positivity and professionalism. It’s not every day you see leadership like that in action!

Food was fresh, hot, and delicious as always. This location definitely sets the bar high for fast casual dining. Fort Smith is lucky to have a Panda Express this well-run. Highly recommend!“
