Tonight was the best experience at Genos Pizza. We ordered online and our order was hot and ready when we arrived. Everyone was nice and the place was clean. Travis double checked our order to make sure it was correct and he was very polite. Definitely a repeat customer.
The pizza tastes good but you have better stock up on napkins if you order through the drive thru because the grease can be a problem in the car. The last time we went through the drive thru the staff was confused and seemed like they weren't trained for it but they are usually very nice.
This place is hit and miss, sometimes it’s perfect and other times it’s not so great.
Fast food is fast food, but customer service is what makes the experience for me and sometimes they just miss the mark.
