I called spoke to the manager Michael who was very apologetic. He offered to replace but it was extremely late he let me pick it up the next day. Monday we finally ate KFC and it was wonderful!!! Chicken was moist, skin soft and crunchy so a BIG THANKS to KFC and manager Michael for making a bad visit do a complete u-turn and making it right!!! Thanks KFC in Greenwood, AR we will keep coming back. I'm sure the new guy won't over cook and you'll keep making great chicken ðŸ”ðŸ—ðŸ”ðŸ—🔠THANKS AGAIN“
