My wife and I decided to stop in for a late lunch as we had not been to Arby's for a while and the counter girl "Crystal" acted like she was doing us a favor by taking our order. Most all of the employees walked around acting like they were mad or had a chip on their shoulders.....absolutely disgusting.
Ordered a Super Roast Beef. Got home and there was no roast beef on the sandwich. When I called and asked to speak to whoever was in charges. I spoke with “Tiffany “. I told her what happened, she said “oh they forgot to put the roast beef on it”. Maybe I don’t know much, but isn’t that kind of a big deal!
I hate going to Harrison Arby’s because of the service. They act like they could care less.
