Jack stood out as an exceptional waiter, making the dining experience enjoyable. However, some aspects like service consistency and food quality could be improved. The burger looked better than it tasted, and the wings were underdone. Despite this, Buckets is a decent place to visit, especially if you're in the area looking for a casual dining experience.
