The lady who waited on me was very rude and disrespectful I had ordered 2 of thier 2 for 5 and I wanted to make them a meal a the young man that took my order got my order wrong and I had to get it done right and they tried to make me pay for it but I said I was not going to pay for their mistake so the lady got real rude and said that she will fix his mistak this time but next time I will have to pay for thier mistake and I don't think I should have to pay for thier mistake and I'm not going to pay for thier mistake am I wrong for that

I dont know what is going on at Arby's but I bought 41$ worth of food and I shouldn't have to argue with the lady at the window over Arby's sauce. im also calling corporate to complain as well I even offered to buy the sauces then she finally rudely gave me a handful I won't be eating Arby's for a long time after this experience and I love Arby's food but this was such BS

Went in to get food. Only had 20 dollars, I’m a 16 year old with not much money. We got ordered and were 4 dollars short so we changed our order. Lady taking it was being very rude so we wound up leaving.
