Coming from the Coast, we were skeptical about Sushi in the middle of the Country, however, we took a chance. We are glad to took the gamble here. The huge menu with tons of options, the food quality was all amazing. Jaylin was a delight for our server, all our food came out in a time frame to be expected. The Manager, Theresa had checked in on us several times throughout the meal, but not an obnoxious amount where it gets annoying.Would definitely highly recommend this place and if I ever find myself in the area again will definitely be coming back!!

We brought four generations to new Tokyo this evening after the eclipse. Service, food, and hospitality were fantastic. Our server, Jaylin, handled all our orders, and demands with grace and ease. Just wonderful!! The general manager, teresa checked on his numerous times, and was attentive, super friendly, and welcoming. What a fantastic experience. We want to congratulate the owners on the great team they put together.

Very nice, clean calm atmosphere and nice staff. The hostess, Theresa was very nice and so was our waitress, Stephanie. She smiled and made eye contact and checked on us regularly and made sure we had all our needs met. Even one of cooks who we could see from our table, smiled and was nice. The food was great, we ordered three or four sushi rolls, beef and rice and misu and onion soup. All of it was delicious and made to perfection. The Cali roll was our favorite but they were all fantastic. Perfect place for a date night or family outing, top notch food and service.

This was one of my go to sushi places in Harrison. Food is good. Most waitresses and staff pretty great every time been in. But unfortunately will not be back until manager has been changed. So to the owners when Theresa is gone please do let me know and I'll be back. As a business owner myself I would take issue with any of my employees running off customers/business. Would love to hear from owners feedback how they might address the issue with current manager Theresa there. So until then won't be back. Hopefully management changes because would love to be a customer again.

Food in in general very good. A mix between Springfield Chinese and actual Chinese. With a little "flair" they seem unwilling to use msg for some reason. Which is infuriating.

Food wasn’t the best and overall the experience wasn’t good. They took a very long time to bring me my meal, and poor service. When I tried to talk to my server (I think her name was Kat?) she was beyond rude to me and had an attitude.

Hurts me to write this, because I’ve loved this restaurant & driven the 45 min to Harrison just to eat there more times than I should admit. But, that’s gone now.We’ve tried twice to get a simple takeout order… spicy tuna rolls & edamame. Was quoted 30 min. I finally got the rolls after an hour but still no edamame. Was given ginger & one of the 2 sauces I requested. There were dozens of takeout boxes lining the wall & they kept opening/closing with no idea what was going on. I asked if they’d just purchased it thinking they must just be new… it had been 6 months already.The second time was quoted 20 min & at the hour mark nothing was ready & we simply told them never mind. They seemed shocked & actually asked if I’d like yo come back later for it. So disappointing.

Always one of my places to eat until now. Went in today and was charged $20 for a chicken and steak noodle dish, which isn't terrible but other places are cheaper. However, the portions are becoming pathetic and now they have added a $1.50 charge for ice water. Will go elsewhere now.

Worst hibachi ever!! Placed a to go today since I was traveling for work. After 70 minutes my order was ready and all I had was hibachi with an order of crab ragoons. The front desk customer service was inattentive and seemed to be bored with the job. The wait staff was negligent with the customers especially since I noticed they had quite a lot of people working that day. Got home from with the food (finally!) and no crab ragoons in the bag but fried dumplings instead. The rice looked like instant rice. The yum yum sauce was horrible and the salad was just chopped iceberg lettuce. Waste of money! Inside needed a good cleaning and seemed very cluttered. Will not be going back at all.
