It's not Benihana but the food was really good. The Chef was a little nervous and it showed. He did his best to entertain us. I think we were just so hungry, he did his best to cook the food as quickly as possible, to feed us. The food was delicious! Our friends had Sushi and loved it. We'd definitely go back!

Today I am deeply disappointed in New Tokyo. I haven't been here for a while because I had a bad experience with a sushi roll and the rice. Today I thought Id give them another shot because we were craving a monkey brain & spicy edamame! We ordered about $86 worth of food and when we got home there was no sauce that we had specifically requested and paid for. So we called and turned around and got the sauces. We were upset because we knew our food would be lukewarm once we got back and we had spent so much money on the food. We return with the sauces and yes- lukewarm soggy food. We heat it all up and start eating- the rice is still crunchy. Horrible. We got salmon, barely a sliver of fish. The veggies taste like nothing. Absolutely disappointed in our meal. Then we try our sushi- no wasabi or ginger in the box. We decide to power through and can barely get through the philly roll because the fish tasted old. $86 down the drain. Got McDonalds instead. Do better.

New Tokyo is a great place to go for family events. They have delicious food and incredible staff. I highly recommend their Hibachi. Best sushi I've ever had!

My wife and myself met a couple of friends for dinner a couple of nights ago at New Tokyo. We ate in the Hibachi room, our chef, Jaylen, was a great chef, food was excellent, all the service was very good. We really enjoyed it.

Took my daughter here for her 24th birthday. Absolutely wonderful! We had the FBI roll, the monkey brains (not literally, it's an avocado and crab salad appetizer roll), and a couple other things. Everything was so delicious and the staff were great! From the hostess to the cooks everyone was smiling and friendly. Definitely recommend and I will be back!

We love the bazillion (yes that's a number :)) sushi choices, and of course the soup and salad. Hibachi tables are available and fun but we've had our fill so we usually just choose a regular dining table. Go to Tokyo!

eaten here several times and usually it's great. had a few times the service has been slow but tonight was absolutely terrible. waited forever to even order drinks. ordered edamame when we got our drinks. never received it never received our salad never received our soup. after the sushi rolls got there I asked for a dish and Wasabi. sat there for awhile before rhe waitress came back to see if we needed anything. had to ask again for it. had to ask for the check because we had been done eating for awhile and it still hadn't been brought to the table. usually this place is top notch but tonight was very disappointing
