The interior was clean, the food was fresh, even the salad bar was fresh and tasty. The service was fantastic, they checked on us just the right amount and drinks were never empty.
We picked up an order, and again, they ruined my day by making me smile! The lady who brought us our order was funny, outgoing, and a great asset to Pizza Hut. I admire the work ethics and teamwork on coming here. I don't really go to McDonald's that much, but one of my favorite things I've always remember us McDonald's, and I was in the car waiting. I still will get a shake and fries from time to time. The fries are beginning to taste like the fries I remember... now I'm hungry. If you are a believer in ff restaurants, I vote McDonald's hands down. Very busy atmosphere with smiles and light banter between each other promotes speaking skills and eye contact promotes sincerity. This McDonald's here won my admiration for the way it was when I was young. I really do care about these people and I can always understand those days where you have a hard time smiling. God bless this particular restaurant. I wish I could remember the girl that brought our order out. Pleasant, funny, but professional and polite. I'd work there, but there is no way I could keep up. I'm 60! And my wife told me that I'm not allowed. 6*

Worst Pizza Hut EVER!!! Yesterday I ordered a chicken, bacon, bbq pizza hand tossed. They gave me thin crust, barely any bbq sauce, or cheese. Today I came back to get it replaced & they put onions on it. In the entire year of my ordering I DO NOT EVER ORDER ONIONS. The manager Dottie was a real rude rude rude person. Said I ordered it that way. I said NO LOOK AT MY DINING HISTORY!!! She hung up on me 3xs and told me to call another lady tomorrow. NEVER GONNA ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I placed an order for carry out recently with the North Main location, and they got one of my pizzas completely wrong. I left feedback to let them know, and I received an email from them expressing their apology and adding a $15 credit to my account. I called them this afternoon to request a delivery order and use my credit because I’m currently sick and would rather not make anyone else sick. They said they can’t deliver to my address even though I live five minutes away because I live in the neighborhood behind the hospital. They told me I would have to order from the South Main location and that I could not use my credit there. The first girl who answered the phone sounded like she would rather being doing anything else but work. I asked for a manager that they told me was there, but they said she was too busy to talk to me and gave me to someone else who still sounded like they didn’t care if they did their job well or not. They have no interest whatsoever in correcting their mistakes or providing good customer service.

I bought 2 large Ultra toppings pizzas and ate half large round pizza and taking half of the large pizza and one whole large pizza at home and I forgot how good cod Pepsi tastes since it was a long time ago and I missed eating inside the restaurant and missed having hot bar with pasta and different types of pizzas and salad at 11 am to 2pm afternoon so I came at 7 pm late . It was Soo good pizza hot melted cheese and veggies and peppers. I had Supreme Pizza.
