Don't know where to start with amazing presentation dish. I had to just dive in and try it. It is for sure a twist on nachos/elote. I saw the jalapenos and thought oof this is going to be spicy nachos but they were just the perfect heat. Of your not much for cheese there is two different types of cheeses, however if you do ask light cheese I'm sure they be happy to customize it for you.
