Waited 45 minutes for food and it was missing part of the order. The line was still long so we called in to see if someone could bring out the missing part of our order (it was after dine in was closed). They said no and that we would have to wait in line again. We asked for a refund and they stated that we would have to do it through the app. We were unable to do that because the order had been marked as picked up. When we asked if there was anything else that could be done the lady on the phone hung up and then took the phone off the hook. We waited in line again for another 30 more minutes to get the missing food. Once we got to the window the Manager did apologize but did not offer any kind of compensation, coupons, etc. This is not how a GOOD business is ran. A waste of money and time.

The food i ordered was terrible! Stale crunchy tacos...a mexican pizza that looked, and tasted like it had been sitting a long time... If i spend 30 dollars on fast food it should be at least decent!

Lousy, unsanitary, rude.
Legitimately lazy staff. They do not take pride in anything they do, they forget my stuff all the time. I am gen z as well and I am disappointed in the service I receive every single time. This location needs to be investigated and re staffed

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! it took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. i placed an order online, and it took over 30 minutes to get it. NEVER returning. this is an embarrassment to the franchise

Taco Bell of Harrison Arkansas. Great location, clean, fast, good service, food well organized in the bag. This location is basically kiosk only, as no one will acknowledge you at the front counter, or when you walk in. Bathrooms were super clean as well!🇺🇸

I waited over three minutes order speaker to getting my order at the windows. To those that will say three minutes is no time I spent 10 years in fast food part as management over a KFC/Taco Bell and that is an abismal drive thru time by company standards

The food was average for a taco bell experience, however although there were only 3 people eating every table was dirty to the point we were hesitant to sit down, and the girl working the drive through (sweet girl) was the one to clean it although several people were just standing around
When we got our food and asked about missing items the girl who was asked to grab them for us rolled her eyes and walked away then treated me like trash for asking for our soda cups. I was seated closer to the kitchen and heard them talking trash about customers.

They locked the doors at 10:00 pm on Dec 21 and then told me through the drive thru there is only 2 orders allowed per car, but there is 5 people in this car. And they told me to go back through the drive thru again
