I was looking for a store that carried the green valley lactose free sour cream that I get. I'm so glad this store had it.Some items are a bit pricey. But that's to be expected from a health food store. They have a very nice selection of gluten free products that aren't available in other stores as well. And they carry Green Valley products

Everyone here is super helpful . The selection is nice but could be a bit bigger but they still carry things you need like tinted glass bottles .

I have shopped at many health food stores and they all had their perks, but this is the cleanest and most organized store I have ever been in! Everything was beautifully displayed throughout the store. They have a coffee shop/cafe and the coffee was fabulous! The white pumpkin latte had great flavor, but was a bit too sweet for me. My husbands hazelnut latte was perfect! There are discounted items throughout the store and in general, the prices were good. Don't get me wrong, I love our Truck Patch health food store in Mountain Home, but this store is pretty great!

The customer service is exquisite! Product / service knowledge is upstanding. Everyone is very accurate, with detail, in explaining the benefits of every product they have on the shelves....enjoy this store immensely!

This is a very popular restaurant which is a cafeteria with restaurant prices. The food is good...not exceptional.

Delicious food, great setting, will definitely go back every time were down! We've stopped here twice on our way to a cabin we like to stay at and haven't regretted it. The Woo Pig Sooie sandwich with tomato basic soup is perfection! The desserts are also amazing.

Been shopping here for 5 yrs and we didn't have our punch card with us it was in the car, it was raining that day and they said we will just give you another one and let you bring them both in to combine them next visit. I just left here today and they would not combine them. My mother spends between 400-600 every month in this store, which they can clearly see from her loyalty account for them not to give her 20 percent off a single item which was not on sale which she was entitled to from both card I assure you we will not be back EVER! I will order on line and pay less before I give them her business ever again! Yes I did ask for a manager and was told the same thing! I'm sure they won't care but at least they won't benefit for us anymore!

I worked at the natural grocers home office and have been a connoisseur of health foods, and this is one of my favorite stores. When I come into town this is always the first place I go.One question I do have is about Sunday’s because google says they’re closed. I’ve been in here on a Sunday and got coffee. But went here last Sunday and they were closed. But This is a great store.

My mo had great service on the vitamin side. We were greeted and she was able to get her help right away. I however wanted to look at the grab food and smoothie side. All the "grab" food had tomatoes, that's a me thing, but turned off me off to looking any further. There was a customer there already so I couldn't see the menu, sorry bad eyes! A staff member yelled across counter I wasn't paying attn cause org there was only 1 staff. Cust got My attn and I explained I couldn't see menu but I was going to want a juice! My bad I called a smoothie, u think I would have said the worst thing un the world to her. She snapped back with major "we don't serve juice" I said oh I meant a smoothie. I at that point finished with "never mind you are just rude!" She glared at me as I went to look for my mom and walked out

Every time I walk into Nature's Wonders I'm always welcomed with their inviting smell, and greeted by a worker. The staff are friendly and helpful.

While visiting north AR someone suggested we stop at Neighbor's Mill Bakery in Harrison. After spending the night, we made a quick stop on our way out of town. The sourdough bread had been highly recommended so we got two loaves and a couple of cinnamon rolls for 'breakfast'. We loved the cinnamon rolls. They were perfect. The bread just wasn't what we expected. It was much heavier than any sourdough I'd ever had. As much as we'd wanted to love the bread, we just didn't. But it was not a loss - after we got home, I cut each slice into small pieces, lightly seasoned and toasted for delicious croutons. In addition to loving the cinnamon rolls, the employees were so nice and friendly, particularly the young lady on the register. I would definitely recommend the cinnamon rolls. I wish I'd gotten a half dozen for my freezer.

My family and I stopped here for lunch when driving home from Branson. We enjoyed delicious sandwiches and soups. We also got some fresh artisan bread and cookies, and it was highly enjoyable. There are so many things on their menu I would like to try. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. It was busy, and for good reason!

My wife and I were on our annual trip to Branson to start the Christmas Season. About an hour into the trip from Fort Smith we started talking about a late lunch. She said what about Neighbors Mill Bakery & Cafe in Harrison. We both had been there several times in the past but not recently. We sure were glad we did. The soup and sandwich that we both ordered were excellent. The staff was very helpful and very attentive. The smell of fresh bread in the Bakery is so amazing. We of course had to purchase some pastries as we left and hit the road to Branson.

The food at this restaurant is wonderful especially for the 'cafeteria style" that it provides. The restaurant is very popular with the locals and they are busy from opening to closing. There is also a bakery.
