Stopped here for quick lunch on a Friday. Fish was the special. It was delicious fast and dessert was included. Yum yum

This was the WORST experience I've ever had at a diner. It took over 10 minutes to be recognized then she just brought a menu and walked away. It took another 15 minutes to come back and take our order. Finally got our drinks after another 30 min and was told that they were out of the appetizer. We were about to get up and walk out after only receiving a drink after 45 min of sitting there when she brought out the second choice appetizer we ordered. Took another almost 30 minutes to get our food. The service was the worst I've EVER experienced. We had been there twice before and it wasn't like that. We druve from NLR and it will definitely be the last time. We didnt even get our check, I had to go to the front and pay without a check. my husband asked me if I gave her a tip and I said NO! but I actually do have a tip for all the girls working in there.....serving is NOT for you, get an education and find a different job because you were aweful!

Fluffiest, most perfect biscuit and sausage, with the perfect amount of gravy. The egg on top was absolutely on point, with the white fully cooked and the yolk runny. A half order of the Dolly, with an egg, was perfect.

Husband got the Hungry Man, and he was kind enough to share a slice of his pancakes—which were huge. Did I mention the crispy edges? The sweet enough to not need anything but butter? Most perfect pancake in either of our lives.

Waitress was friendly and super efficient and the price was right.

Bonus? Lots of roosters—on the walls and on the shelves.

What more do you want?

Can't say how happy we were to happen upon this little cafe! We were just passing through the area and in search of a quick breakfast biscuit sandwich and they delivered! Delicious, fast, super affordable, staff was friendly, and it seems like a business that loves and serves their community well!

Excellent home cooking with daily specials. I had fried pork chops, mashed potatoes, purple hull peas and greens. Good, friendly service. On busy days it can take a while but worth the wait. Small town southern cooking is some of the best I've had in the country.

Great little hidden gem. If you want home-cooked style food, this is your place. The fried porkchops were fantastic as well as the mashed potatoes and ?. Good prices and lots to choose from. I will definitely be back.

The food was excellent and fairly priced! We were on our way back from our trip to Arizona back to Ohio. I ordered when we were about 20 minutes from the location and was told it would be 30 minutes, which worked out perfectly because we stopped and got gas. We had an order for 8 people. Everything was ready when we arrived to pick up our order. We ordered biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos, hashbrowns, and sweet teas. Everything tasted delicious and the portions were more than enough. I highly recommend it! No pics, as I forgot.
