Got the $10 double big cheesy bacon burger. They were very slow for having no other guests inside . Then they gave me an obviously microwaved burger that tasted like yesterday’s left overs instead of making a fresh burger. VERY LAZY WORKERS HERE!!

The chicken and the slider were hard and the beef sliders were hard in the middle. I went back for a refund and the manager told me I couldn’t get one.

Great Arby's experience

I usually like Arby's, however this specific time was not at all pleasant. An older lady was working and when I asked for a different drink because mine was flat she told me that I was given the right one. She was very unpleasant. Would not recommend this location.
The food was great, it was hot and fresh, the staff was absolutely helpful in describing some of the new menu items. I know not all Arby's are the same, but this one really stood out to me. My only issue is I can't give this review more stars.

hopefully this is just a bad day for them. the fries were old, mozzarella sticks were cold, and they forgot the swiss on my sandwich. the lady was kind and handed me a piece of swiss cheese when i mentioned it, but the meat already wasn’t warm so the cheese made it colder. do better. thanks!
