The food was great, it was hot and fresh, the staff was absolutely helpful in describing some of the new menu items. I know not all Arby's are the same, but this one really stood out to me. My only issue is I can't give this review more stars.
It was a normal Arby's experience.I think Arby's overall quality, as well as EVERY corporate quick service establishment, has taken a loss in quality to service the supply chain. Which makes sense, logistics is expensive on top of operating costs. But the innovations in craveable menu items has gone too far. I got the spicy roast beef sandwich and it was wholely forgettable. Prob could have just told me it was a regular and I'd have blamed the heat from the horsey...
