I came yesterday with my husband, kiddos, and my mom. We received amazing service, good food at a reasonable price, and a surprise birthday cookie for my daughter! I will definitely stop by next time I’m in the area!

Stopped in for lunch and we got the lunch special for Thursday's Fried Pork tenderloin and two sides Fried okra, Pea salad, All was good. The pea salad wasn't what I was used to. But in all it was good. The wife had the same thing. She loved broccoli salad. 💜.

We've been to Arrow's many times and have ordered many different entrees and have never gotten anything that was not delicious. Our latest discovery is the smoked chicken they serve on Fridays. So good! Also try the pork sandwich, chicken bacon pimento sandwich, and the fried fish. Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommended all around!

My family has their reunion in Heber Springs every year and a group of us (around 30) have been going here for the past 6 years. My son is doing keto and has been for over a year. He ordered their club sandwich on lettuce last year and had no issues they brought it no questions asked and really enjoyed it, Fast forward to this year. Keep in mind the menu mentions their keto choices!! He was told they couldn’t put it on lettuce, he said oh that’s fine just leave the bread off to which he was later told they couldn’t do either. So he was like I will just take the bread off.. later he was told they could bring him a BLT salad (what??) he finally just said he was fine and didn’t eat!! When I went to pay they asked how it was to which I said do you really want to know?? I told them calmly. She apologized and said I hope you will come back to which I replied I doubt it but still calm. They asked for my phone number because the owner wanted it. A week later and no call. The waitress was great and I knew she was in an awkward position. My family won’t be back next year or any after that!!

Traveling from Texas we found this gem of a place to eat. Food is how food used to be made. From scratch, with love and it’s delicious. We had the chicken fried steak and chicken tenders basket the first day. The second day we had the monte cristo and chicken tenders basket. Paradise pie and pecan pie are to die for. Sweet people, cute place, DELICIOUS food.

I kept hearing how great this place was so we went and tried it. I got a bad vibe as soon as I walked in. We waited a bit before someone actually came to get our order. Put our order in and got the food which was ok. Portions seemed to be ok for a lunch dish. Then we needed refills and never saw our server so we asked another server who walked by us and was told that she couldn’t do it that she had to get our server. Never heard of this anywhere. Good service is when you help all around without question. Then I went to pay our bill and it was way over what was expected. Never going there again. Paid dinner prices for linch. Horrible service and costs way too much for the quality and for the portions.
