Holy cow about the breaded and fried steak sandwich, aka country fried steak sando!!
It’s huge!! Made hot, fresh, crispy, seasoned and falling off the plate big, the bun cannot handle It!
Seasoned fries, a lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices and some mayo make for the perfect late lunch after a morning of trout fishing!
The Rueben is no slouch either! Corned beef, on marbled rye, cheese and homemade 1,000 island that is seasoned similar to a comeback sauce…if you are familiar with that. If not, get familiar.
Great service. Quaint atmosphere. Lots of daily specials. Lots of homemade desserts.

My elderly parents picked up food from this place for years until my Dad was no longer able to drive. My sister orders food from here for special occasions, most recently Christmas Eve lunch. My parents were recently surprised with a cheese plate delivered to their home. This business’s Kindness is greatly appreciated. Whenever I visit my parents I will definitely stop by this restaurant and give them my support. Food and service is great, remembering my parents is beyond special.

The cornbread is fantastic. The entire menu has tastes for everyone! The pies and cakes are delicious. Recommend as a must-stop here for anyone and everyone to eat! Dine in or take out available.

Really good experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ordered off the special menu. The fried chicken was delicious and enormous. Cornbread and rolls were homemade and baked to perfection. The vegetables were varied, fresh and home cooked. We will be back.

Stopped in for lunch and we got the lunch special for Thursday's Fried Pork tenderloin and two sides Fried okra, Pea salad, All was good. The pea salad wasn't what I was used to. But in all it was good. The wife had the same thing. She loved broccoli salad. 💜.
