I ordered online, drove thru and told them I was picking up my on-line order. They said to pull up and wait, they would bring it out. After 15 minutes, I got out of the car to go inside. The nice gentleman opened the door and asked if I was waiting for my order. I said yes. He said they couldn't find me even though I was parked facing the door!
He was very apologetic. I forgive them.
My suggestion is that there be designated parking spots for online orders being picked up. Either a sign of paint the parking spot to identify as order pick up.

The lady that works nights at burger King that is usually there is always very polite and happy to help us at such a late time. Unfortunately she wasn't there tonight and the lady with pink and purple hair that took our order tonight was irritated that we ordered so late as we could tell by her attitude. Though it was 7 minutes till close yall are required to stay open till close time. My brother wanted to place an order and she was making every reason to not be able to take his order, I understand working late is tough but I as well work nights and we would have Given a nice tip if she would have been more polite. Don't forget if you don't have good customer service you don't get customers!
