This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to this is the third time that I’ve pulled up here to order something and I’ve hit the button and I just wait and wait and wait after seven or eight minutes. I moved to another stall and wait and wait and wait finally, I went to the door and somebody answered it and said I’d be right with you. Also, when they do bring your food, they’re normally rude. They don’t give you drink carriers. If you request a drink quick carrier they mouth off when they walk off this sonic is pathetic.You guys need to get it together in Heber

So we stopped here on vacation and got my German shepherd his daily pup cup and the lady that brought it out was super nice and sweet. Very quick service for as many people that were there. I'll definitely bring my dog back again lol.

I get a triple smasher with queso and bacon only and the guy who makes it is known as our burger guy because my coworker and I get it so much in the glass truck.
Can’t remember his name but he would know me by order. He makes the best smasher hands down and is an awesome person.

Got $50 worth of food and they forgot to put meat on the burgers. I went back up there and the manager did not want to give a full refund, but offered to remake my burgers. I declined and asked to just give my refund for the burgers with no meat . She said she could do that plus give a 20 dollar gift card. A few days later and I still do not have the credit on my account. So all I got for a delay in our food (they also forgot half of it and had to go back) and driving all the way back up there was a 20 dollar gift card? Totall waste of 54 dollars I have spent, and don't believe I will go back
