I love taco bell but they are getting pretty skimpy on their fillings in their foods. Often get over half empty tacos and underfilled burritos. Yall can do better. Service has improved now get back to getting what you pay for.

How hard is in to make sure that everything that is on the sticker stuck to the bag, is actually in the bag? This happens all the time, and the drive through just keeps getting slower.

Asked for taco supreme hard shell but got soft, there was hardly any food in the taco. IT WAS HORRIBLE. Than we paid 25 for 3 taco's one Mexican pizza and a burrito supreme that had hardly in food on the iside. Than the food was cold. The attitude s were terrible could not get them to hardly talk to me.
Almost every time I go they get my order wrong, which as a vegetarian really sucks since that often means getting an item with meat in it
In fairness I only go every few months, so maybe I'm just unlucky and happen to only go on their bad days. However, I've basically given up on ordering from here again as it's not worth the hassle
Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetarian options, but order mistakes seem common and I'm unsure what gets cooked with what

The vegetarian mexican pizza was really good but had to stand at the counter for an unacceptable period of time waiting on someone to take my order. The restaurant is very clean and the food was great
Figured I go to taco Bell in Heber Springs for lunch today since I haven't been there in a while and to my surprise nothing changed the service was soso the quality of the food sucked burritos are getting smaller and the prices keep going up it's a shame that they can't give you the quality of too you pay for guess I won't be going there again they suck as awlways don't recommend anybody to go there they just take your money and don't give you anything for it

The food gets smaller and the prices go higher... Tacos were only half full. There was hair in my food, so I had to throw that part out.. Pepsi was way too sweet and going flat. The menu is not new, so I don't get the apathy.

I really don't enjoy complaining but this is ridiculous lol. I was excited to try the new street chalupa box, the chalupas were pretty much empty (I'll include photos) the five layer beef burrito was the worst I ever got, not proportioned well and the tortilla was stale and hard. I know you guys can do better.
