March 24.@4:00 pm I went in Hope Ar. K F C. The 3 ladies behind the counter was the worst I have ever seen the the 30 years I been going in there. They might had a bad day, but you never take it out on customers. I was the ONLY one there to order. They never said hello or thank you. NOTHING. She took my order , I paid 32.00 then she turned around walked off and talked to another lady for 10 minutes THEN put my order together and popped the bag on counter and walked off!! I never been treated so cruel!! I will not be back

They don’t even cook the chicken it’s raw and the workers and managers are rude and was getting loud until I started to record and then was but before I started to record they were cussing and saying they know how to cook then i was going to throw away the chicken because they were trying to give it to other customers the worker was pissed I threw it in the trash and told me to get out of her town will never be back here again and wouldn’t even give a refund said you should’ve ate the raw chicken STAY AWAY!!!!!

Apparently the people here don’t seem to understand how important it is to taste test their products before serving them. I understand but y’all really had messed up on lemonade more than once. Why is that? Is nobody actually preparing these drinks properly because ain’t no way you got these drinks overly powered with sugar. The employees are young and rude with lack of cooking experience. This is by far the worst KFC I’ve ever been too And I’m from California smh. My whole entire meal went to waste, but luckily I’m getting a full refund. Do not waste your money here It’s not worth a dime.

KFC $20 fill-up box is clearly pre-made now. Got them when it came it and was always fresh. Got one last night and chicken was all so dry. About 30-45 mins later my co-worker also went and got one which was also dry. Avoid these!
