This place has really improved. The drive thru lady (Robin) was very clear and pleasant. Didn’t rush us and was nice at window. The second window was Tierra and she was just as sweet. Confirmed order, asked if we needed anything else. I’ve never been to a KFC before and had this kind of service. These two ladies went above and beyond with customer service. The food was hot and was well prepared in package. The rest of the staff inside of restaurant seemed well groomed as well...read full review

I ordered Original Recipe and got Extra Crispy! I ordered Fries for the side. Then I asked for some Ketchup. We don't have any Ketchup! The person taking my order was outside smoking instead of taking my order. I think he saw me looking around for someone before he walked inside. The store was in need of cleaning. The drink station was sticky, the floor looked bad. Probably the worst KFC I have ever walked into.

KFC is a restaurant that has improved its service. Customers have noted that the drive-thru staff were clear, pleasant, and provided exceptional customer service. The food was hot and well-prepared, with delicious options like chicken tenders with gravy. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with the staff being well-groomed and the restaurant and parking lot kept clean. Despite some previous negative experiences, recent visits have shown significant improvements in both service and food quality. The staff at this KFC location go above and beyond to ensure a positive dining experience for their customers. The drive-through staff deserve a raise and did an awesome job. The fries were hot and fresh, and the new mashed potato things were pretty good. The chicken tenders in one of the meals were very good. This location is always quick, and service is great. The drive-thru lady was very rude and they were out of mashed potatoes and honey.
